What We Fix
Most leaks come from a handful of spots. We check them all, show you what we found, and give you a clear quote before any work starts. We work on metal roofs only (Colorbond®, Zincalume® and copper), not tiled roofs.

Loose, rusted or missing screws and cracked sheets are the most common cause of leaks. We replace what’s failed, not just seal over it.

Where two parts of the roof meet is where water finds its way in. We replace worn flashings, valleys, ridge and barge capping to suit your roof.

Blocked or rusted box gutters can send water straight inside. We clear, repair or replace them and fix the outlets.

Rusted or storm-damaged sheets replaced with new Colorbond® or Zincalume® to match.

Leaks where a newer roof joins an older one are common. We rework the junction so it stays watertight.

If someone has already “fixed” it with silicone and it’s still leaking, we find the real cause and fix it properly.
